| Characteristics: Intense ruby red in color. The nose opens with a complex bouquet, with hints of cherry in the foreground, followed by deep mineral notes in the background. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, pleasantly savory, with well integrated tannins that accompany towards a persistent finish in which the fruity notes return. Perfect to accompany poultry and roasted meats, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses. Suggested serving temperature 16-18c |
