| Characteristics: A wine obtained through cryo-maceration which is a technique whereby grape bunches are frozen before pressing thus enhancing all the characteristic aromas and taste. It is a high-quality wine which evolves in time. The colour is pale yellow with an intense fruity perfume. The pallet is soft but full-bodied with a candied citrus finish. Perfect to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with rich first courses. Suggested serving temperature 12-14c |
